Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Grouplex or to products you purchase through Grouplex shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Ontario, Canada, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Grouplex intellectual property rights, Grouplex may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any provincial or federal court in the province of Ontario, Canada, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing under the applicable legislation. The arbitrators’ award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

Grouplex offers vouchers that may be purchased from participating third party vendors (“Vendors”) that can be redeemed through the Vendor for goods and services at a discounted rate from their otherwise offered price. All vouchers printed from the Site, associate site, or Affiliate of Grouplex are subject to the following terms and conditions.
Vouchers purchased can be redeemed by users for goods and services provided by the Vendor. While Grouplex sells and facilitates the purchase of all vouchers, the Vendor is the seller of the Voucher and is solely responsible for the redemption of any vouchers purchased and providing any associated products or services.
All pricing is in Canadian dollars.
Users are required to create an account with Grouplex when placing an order, accessing additional services or contributing content to the site. By creating an account with Grouplex, the user agrees to provide only accurate and complete information, and provide any changes to such information while a user of Grouplex. Users must be the only person to access said account and all log-in and password information shall be kept confidential. Grouplex has the right to limit or terminate access to the Site to any user who does not abide by the terms and conditions. Users are responsible for all access to their account using their log-in and password information. Should another party access the Site using your log-in and password information, we shall assume this access and any action taken while on the Site have been made by you. If a user becomes aware their log-in or password information has been compromised or another party has accessed their account without authorization, you are advised to notify Grouplex immediately.
All Vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of Grouplex and the participating Vendor. The Vendor is the seller of the goods or services which you are purchasing and is also the holder and issuer of the Voucher. The Vendor is fully responsible for any and all damages, claims, liabilities, injuries, illnesses, and costs suffered by or in respect of a customer, caused in whole or in part by the Vendor, as well as for any unclaimed property liability arising from unredeemed Vouchers or portions thereof. By using the site, you waive, and release Grouplex and its officers, directors, agents and employees from, any claim, liabilities, damages, or injury arising from or related to any act or omission of Vendor in connection with a Voucher or the services/goods provided in connection therewith and/or as it relates to compliance with applicable unclaimed property and other laws relating to the redemption of the Vouchers or any portion thereof.
The expiration date is printed on each Voucher. Where no expiration date is provided, the Voucher will expire five (5) years from the date it was issued, unless otherwise required under the applicable law. In such cases, the Voucher will be honored by the Vendor in accordance with the requirements of the law in the jurisdiction where the Vendor is located.
Grouplex offers a complete refund for up to 7 days after purchase, if you decide to change your mind. Some restrictions do exist and are limited to:
A Voucher expires before you redeem it
You have received partial or full fulfillment of the Voucher and have been provided with goods or services from the Vendor.
We offer refunds where refunds should be offered. If you feel you have been misled or the Voucher you have purchased has been misrepresented we will do what we can to rectify the situation. Grouplex or does not accept any legal responsibilities for any injury or loss caused while redeeming or using a Voucher.
Users purchasing Vouchers through the site agree to the following terms, restrictions, and conditions as well as any specific terms, restrictions, and conditions associated with that specific Voucher.
Vouchers hold no cash value, unless otherwise required by applicable law in the jurisdiction in which the Vendor is located
Vouchers are redeemable in their entirety and on a one time basis only and may not be redeemed on an incremental basis.
Vouchers are limited to one (1) per transaction and cannot be combined with any other coupons, offers, or other promotions unless otherwise stated.
Vendor or Grouplex are not responsible for lost or stolen Vouchers
For Real Estate Specific Vouchers offered by Real Estate Salespersons, Brokers, Brokerages or equivalent, where vouchers provide a rebate upon the completion of a successful transaction, such rebate shall be provided directly by the Real Estate Service Provider following the completion date of the transaction as stated in the Agreement of Purchase and Sale or any related Amendments.
Vouchers can only be applied to goods and services provided by the Vendor as described in the terms and conditions specific to the Voucher and cannot be used for taxes, tips, shipping and handling or prior balances unless otherwise stated.
Sale, trade or duplication of a voucher is prohibited, unless otherwise required by applicable law in the jurisdiction in which the Vendor is located
Vouchers do not include and form of sales tax or other applicable taxes which may be charged separately by the Vendor at the time of redemption.
No refund or cash back will be provided for partial redemption of a Voucher, unless otherwise required by applicable law in which the Vendor is located.
Grouplex collects information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
